PEARL AWARDS:
In very belated news, I am pleased to report that Prayer won the 2008 Pearl Awards for Inspirational Album and New Recording Artist (co-winner with the Gibbons)! I am very grateful and honored by these recognitions.

BYU WOMEN'S CONFERENCE
AND EDUCATION WEEK PERFORMANCES:
I am very excited to announce two very special events coming up this year that I will be taking a break from the Phantom of the Opera tour to perform in:
- I have been invited to sing at the Thursday afternoon general session of the BYU Women's Conference on April 30 from 3:45-5:00 pm at the Marriott Center! Camille Fronk Olson, associate professor of ancient scripture at BYU, will be the guest speaker. I will be singing "Savior, Redeemer of My Soul" and "My Kindness Shall Not Depart From Thee" from the Prayer album. I will also be signing CDs at the Wilkinson Center the next day, May 1, from 9-11 am! Please come by and say "hi"!
- I have also been invited to perform a number of concerts during BYU Education Week, August 18-21, in the Pardoe Theatre! I will be performing a fun Broadway concert on Tuesday and Thursday (Aug. 18 and 20) and the Prayer album concert on Wednesday and Friday (Aug. 19 and 21). Times are still to be determined, but they will likely be in the evening. Prayer CDs will be available for sale in the HFAC and at the BYU Bookstore.

PHANTOM OF THE OPERA:
Since my last update, I have rejoined the national tour of the Phantom of the Opera in my new permanent role as the Hairdresser/Marksman and as a Raoul understudy. It has been a marvelous experience! We have a very strong cast and it has been a pleasure to perform with them. I recently made my debut as Raoul here in our current stop of Kansas City, MO!! It was thrilling to say the least!
