Dearest Friends,

I can hardly believe Fall is already upon us! The past few months have kept me very busy, with many opportunities to perform. Here are some of the highlights, and some upcoming events to look forward to:

Golden Days Concert
Last month it was my great privilege to perform as a guest artist at a concert entitled, Golden Days: A Celebration of Life, in honor of the 85th birthday of Thomas S. Monson, President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I shared the stage with the internationally acclaimed Mormon Tabernacle Choir and the Orchestra at Temple Square, and renowned Brodway performer Rebecca Luker and opera star Stanford Olsen, as well as Steve Young and Jane Clayson Johnson. How I found myself in company with such celebrities is still a surprise to me, but one I will be forever grateful for! If you missed the rebroadcast, you can find the entire concert online here. Or view clips of my solos, "Bring Him Home" and a number from Brigadoon: "There, But for You Go I."

Upcoming Broadway Album
I'm excited to also report that the production of my new album is moving forward! This album will feature some of my very favorite Broadway and show tunes, and it's one I have been looking forward to recording for a very long time. Just to give you a taste, I'll be including selections from big shows like Phantom of the Opera, The Secret Garden, and West Side Story, as well as some beautiful songs I've discovered from some newer and lesser known shows. It should be a great mix! So far, we've completed the photo shoot, laid down some preliminary vocals, and passed the baton to the arrangers. I can't wait to hear the tracks as I go to record final vocals over the next couple months. We should have the finished product available just in time for Christmas this year! We'll let you know as soon as we have news about how to order or where to purchase this newest addition to my CD offerings.
